Moniko teistä tiesi, että malli ja näyttelijä Pia on kouluttautunut myös personal traineriksi eli pt:ksi.

Silloin oman kropan on oikeasti oltava käyntikortti. Miettikääs jos teidät leikkaisi parturi, jonka oma tukkatyyli olisi jämähtänyt vaikka seitkytluvulle. Tai muotikaupan myyjä olisi pukeutunut huonommin kuin puliveivi.

Mutta ei hätää: Pia todella on edustava, eestä ja takkoo.

🌊🌊🌊⁣ ⁣ “My fitness journey will be a lifelong journey.“⁣ ⁣ How often have you thought “I need to get in shape for reason x”? It might be for the summer, an event, your wedding, “revenge body” after a breakup— the list is endless. Everyone wants a 30-day diet or a quick fix to get in shape.⁣ ⁣ What about being in shape for YOU. For YOUR health and well-being. Being able to live your life to the fullest and feel your best every single day. Making your health a priority is not something you do in the future – the time to start is NOW.⁣ ⁣ So how do you do it? That comes from falling in love with taking care of yourself and your body. Creating habits and being consistent. So when you choose a workout plan or a diet, my advice for you is to ask yourself: is this something I can see myself doing long term— 6 months from now, a year from now, 5 years from now? Is it sustainable and something I enjoy? ⁣ ⁣ That said, I’m working on a workout program for you. What are your goals for July? And how are you making sure you will reach your goals? Comment below ⬇️ Here are my tips on how to reach your goals:⁣ ⁣ 1. Set SMART goals— specific, measureable, attainable, relevant and time-bound. My goal for the next 6 weeks is to back squat 125lbs for 5 reps (I want to be able to squat more than my body weight 117lbs). 🏋🏼‍♀️ I haven’t done back squats for months and my all time 2-rep max is 125lbs. I started the program this week with 5 x 5 @ 75lbs. ⁣ ⁣ 2. Break down your goal into smaller goals. ⁣ For me it’s to do 3 squat workouts per week. Every time I workout I know I’m working towards my weekly goal. This keeps me motivated every day. Reaching those smaller goals on the way makes it more manageable and I know I’m taking steps towards my bigger goal. Don’t forget to celebrate those small victories on the way! ⁣ ⁣ Also a good tip is to tell your goal to someone. 😉 So here we go, what is YOUR goal for July?⁣ ⁣ If you have any fitness goals then you should join my Facebook group, Train with Pia, and we can work towards your goals together!
